“The European AI Finance Network” refers to the private network for AI operators integrating AI agents into European regulated finance.
“we”, “us” or “our” refers to bus consulting, registered at KvK Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
“Website” refers to www.europeaifinance.com and any related landing page, form or digital channel operated by us.
“You” refers to any visitor, applicant, member, contributor or user of the Website or The European AI Finance Network’s digital materials.

1. Terms of Use
1.1 Purpose of the Website
The Website provides information about The European AI Finance Network, its membership model, private sessions, research briefings, peer groups, events, publications and related activities convened by bus consulting.
The Website is under construction from May 2026 to September 2026. Liabilities are limited. 
The Website may allow visitors to request an introduction; apply for membership; register interest in The European AI Finance Network; subscribe to updates or briefings; contact bus consulting; access selected materials; read articles, briefings or public-facing content; and learn more about bus consulting’s work in AI, governance, orchestration and regulated industries.
The Website is provided for general information and relationship-building purposes. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, investment, technical, compliance, risk-management or professional advice.
1.2 Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use, together with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy set out below.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Website.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your visit will apply to your use of the Website.
1.3 Eligibility
The European AI Finance Network is intended for professional audiences, including AI operators, directors, implementation leaders and senior professionals working in or with European regulated finance.
The Website is not directed at children or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
1.4 Membership and Applications
Submitting an application, request for introduction or expression of interest does not guarantee membership in The European AI Finance Network.
Membership is curated and may be subject to criteria including professional role; seniority and relevance of responsibilities; active involvement in AI implementation, governance, adoption or transformation; institutional context; non-competing peer group requirements; confidentiality expectations; and availability and willingness to contribute.
bus consulting reserves the right to accept, decline, pause or withdraw membership discussions at its discretion.
1.5 Confidentiality of The European AI Finance Network
The European AI Finance Network is designed as a confidential network.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Sessions are not recorded; private discussions are not public; member identities may not be disclosed without consent; materials shared in closed settings may not be copied, circulated, quoted or attributed externally; and members and participants are expected to respect the Chatham House Rule or any specific confidentiality rules communicated for a given session, group or event.
The Chatham House Rule generally means that participants may use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker, nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.
Confidentiality obligations may be supplemented by separate membership terms, event terms, non-disclosure arrangements or codes of conduct.
1.6 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website or any related digital channel in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or harmful; infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights; attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, data or infrastructure; introduces malware, viruses, scraping tools or harmful code; misrepresents your identity, role, institution or authority; uses the Website for unsolicited marketing, spam or vendor prospecting; copies, extracts or republishes content without permission; or damages the reputation, integrity or trust of The European AI Finance Network, bus consulting or its members.
We reserve the right to restrict access, remove content, decline communications or take appropriate action where we believe these terms have been breached.
1.7 Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, design, logos, graphics, concepts, methods, frameworks, images, briefings, documents, names and visual identity, is owned by or licensed to bus consulting unless otherwise stated.
This includes, without limitation, The European AI Finance Network name and positioning; The European AI Finance Network concept; bus consulting branding; session formats; research and briefing formats; frameworks, methodologies and operating models; and written content, reports and member-facing materials.
You may view and use Website content for your own internal, professional and informational purposes.
You may not reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, scrape, train AI systems on, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission from bus consulting.
1.8 Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may include links to third-party websites, platforms, forms, embedded content, analytics tools, event tools, email tools or other services.
These third parties may include Wix; Google services; email marketing providers; calendar or booking tools; video conferencing platforms; payment providers; social media platforms; and analytics and cookie tools.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.
1.12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
The courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

2.6 No Vendor Endorsement
References to tools, vendors, technologies, models, platforms or service providers are for discussion or informational purposes only.
Unless expressly stated in writing, bus consulting does not endorse, certify, recommend or guarantee any specific vendor, product, platform or technology.
2.7 AI-Related Disclaimer
The European AI Finance Network concerns AI agents and related organisational, governance and implementation issues.
AI systems may create legal, ethical, operational, security, data protection, model risk, conduct, consumer protection and governance risks.
Nothing on the Website or in general network materials should be interpreted as confirming that a particular AI system, use case, deployment model, control framework or governance approach is lawful, safe, compliant, explainable, fair, secure or suitable for production.
Each institution remains responsible for its own AI governance, risk assessment, compliance, testing, monitoring, deployment decisions and human oversight.

We do not sell personal data.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data.
